• FTH may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse

5. Subscription & Fees

• FTH operates on a paid subscription model
• Fees are non-refundable unless stated
• Pricing may change with notice

6. User Responsibilities

• No false or misleading information
• No illegal or harmful content
• Follow applicable laws
• Maintain professional communication

7. Product Listings & Transactions

Users are responsible for listings, pricing, and transactions. FTH does not guarantee product quality or delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content belongs to FTH. Users retain ownership of their content but allow FTH to use it for operations.

9. Data & Privacy

User data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

10. Suspension & Termination

FTH may suspend or terminate accounts for violations without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

FTH is not liable for losses arising from platform use, transactions, or downtime.

You agree to indemnify FTH against claims arising from your use of the platform.
